Booking and Reservations

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.

2. Payment: Full payment is required prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by the camp.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made within the specified time frame will incur charges as outlined in the camp’s cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the booking.

Guest Responsibilities

4. Travel Documentation: Guests are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for entry into Tanzania and the Serengeti National Park.

5. Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during their stay at the camp. It is recommended that guests obtain travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times and to adhere to the rules and regulations of the camp, including those related to wildlife viewing, conservation, and environmental protection.

Camp Policies

7. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is typically in the afternoon, and check-out time is in the morning. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of tents and other accommodations is specified at the time of booking and must not be exceeded without prior approval from the camp management.

9. Pets: Pets are not allowed at the camp, with the exception of service animals with proper documentation and prior approval from the camp management.

Liability and Indemnity

10. Limitation of Liability: The camp shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused to guests or their property during their stay, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the camp.

11. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the camp, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the camp’s facilities and services.

Miscellaneous

12. Force Majeure: The camp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
